1. Water
The easiest way to a fresh start is water. It's not difficult to drink water. 8-10 glasses may seem much for others that have a full day of work or those that are still studying. Know that water may not just come tasteless in a boring glass. Any meal that may have soup in it counts as liquid intake too. Remember that it is a given fact that humans cannot function well without H2O. Therefore, with the right amount our functional capacity is better. Drinking water shouldn't be a chore, it should be a habit. One must always make time for the necessary.
Water has been known to be a mood booster, and can also be a break in cravings. Our body sometimes crave for unhealthy food at the unnecessary time. Drinking water when one is craving may help put a break in actually eating junk. If you're still craving, keep hydrating.

4. Exercise
It may be difficult for some to make time for exercising. More so, it may be difficult for some to even have the idea of exercising in mind. As we age, our bodies are more prone to strain and illness. Exercise helps our body balance the mental work that it has done for the day. A whole day of just thinking is not enough to have a healthy body. Balance is the most important thing. Find time and fix the mood to be able to exercise at least twice or thrice a week if not daily. 10-30 minutes of daily exercise makes a big difference to no exercise at all. Note that exercising may take some getting used to. The start of something is always the most difficult. Set an alarm and force yourself to follow it. 18 days of continuous consistent activity leads to routine.5. Groom
Grooming is especially important to keep your body fresh. Bacteria is everywhere. Any day out could mean thousands of germs have passed through your body; if not on food you eat, on things you touch, or the air that surrounds you. Aside from the obvious washing of hands, and daily showers, take the next step and set a schedule to groom yourself. Humans have parts that just can't help but pick up germs. eg: hair, nails etc. Set a date to cut/wax/shave hair, cut nails, and exfoliate skin. Skin exfoliation may be new to some people. We acquire plenty of germs and bacteria through our skin. the best way to keep our skin fresh is to exfoliate every once in a while and moisturize after. A whole body grooming may take a little time; but what is full body grooming every two weeks? Easy.6. Get Proper Sleep
Oh the attentiveness. It's no question that if we do not recharge, our overall performance and activities depreciate. The main problem if not just work schedule is procrastination. More often than not, people can't realize that the bedroom should only be a place of rest. The more things are inside the bedroom, the harder it is to sleep. Sleep does not require focus, but everything else does. If there are electronics inside the bedroom that keep us from resting, then what is the point?Put away phones, laptops, ipads, etc. before entering the bedroom. Books are 50/50 when in bed. Avoid all sorts of distraction that may lead your mind to thinking or the world outside dreamland.
