Dork At Heart (The Mind Museum)

Last August 1st, my cousin and I decided to visit the Mind Museum. We both had our inner child spirit begging to come out. With all that were going on in both our lives, we needed time to just relax and enjoy. I am not big on commuting, but needed every bit of good thrill so my cousin and I decided to go for it. With all the thieves, killers and modus sa news, oh sure I wasn't scared at all, I was terrified. But I kept my paranoia to myself and did my best to enjoy the "normal" way people do things. We rode a jeep, and 2 buses to get to the museum. It was a lengthy commute and we had to walk quite a lot, but it was EXTREMELY cheap compared to gas or cab fare, and kinda fun. We only spent exactly 32 pesos each. I brought wipes, alcohol, and tissue, so I felt little better about the germ-y paranoia.

We arrived between 3 hour schedules. If you didn't know it yet, the museum has 3 hour shift schedules. Meaning you can buy their tickets which are good for three hours at a schedule or buy tickets for a whole day of entering at any time with additional cost. Trust me, 3 hours is just enough. It's a little impractical to buy the whole day flexible tickets. Just plan where to go to first before going in, you'll finish everything in 3 hours or less. Here are a few pictures we took.

We opted to go to the playground first and stayed there for 30 minutes give or take. We were able to play with everything, but we enjoyed the bubbles the most.

I understand the work and money put into making the museum. I know the people who made it happen need some form of representation. But why? Why this? It scared me. the kid behind me asked his father why the bald man was angry. I laughed a little.

The first thing we did upon entering was checked the schedule for the shows. In total there were three shows with a schedule, and one that was to be announced. We figured we could watch all first before going around. This way, time management would be better. We watched the show at the pretty planetarium which was about 30 minutes. After that we went directly to the next 2 shows across. It was on 3D and was about 15 minutes each.

Fossil finding was cool too.

Ah-ha!
These looked so real, it was creepy.

Sadako mode. Right after the static ball.
